1) Go to Ontek.ca and click on Remote Support (or click here)

2) Open the downloaded TeamViewerQS.exe file. You will most likely see it in the bottom bar of your browser if you are using Chrome or Edge 

If you are using Firefox, click on the downloads icon to view it.

3) Once you run the downloaded file, you may be shown a prompt that asks do you want to allow this program to make changes to your device. You will want to click on Yes/Allow

4) You will then get a window that looks like this:The technician will ask you for the ID and password to remote onto your computer.
