To use TeamViewer on a Mac, please follow these steps:

1) Go to ontek.ca and click on Remote Support (Or click here)

2) You may get a prompt as shown below, click allow

3) Open the downloaded TeamViewer QS file by double clicking on it.

4) Some new versions of MacOS have another prompt as shown. Click Open

5) You may get another window with a license agreement, checkmark the box and click continue

6) After this, the support module will open but will have some restrictions which will need to be removed. Click on Request Access under Screen Recording

7) Another window will open titled Security and Privacy. We will need to enable Screen Recording and Accessibility for TeamViewer QuickSupport. To do so, click on the lock in the bottom left corner and then checkmark TeamViewer QuickSupport.

8) You may see another prompt as shown, ignore and click later

9) Repeat above step for Accessibility

10) Once the restrictions are removed, you will get this window. Minimize it to see the ID number:

11) You will then have the TeamViewer ID. Please provide it to the technician.
