1. If you see this icon mceclip2.png on your taskbar, it means that the VPN is installed but not connected. To connect, right-click and click connect.
  2. If you see this mceclip3.png , it means you are connected to VPN and you can now connect to remote. If for some reason you still cannot, right-click and disconnect, wait a minute and then re-connect and try again. If you are still having issues, contact us at support@ontek.ca
  3. If you see neither icons, look for mceclip4.png and double click. You should then follow steps 1 & 2. If you do not have any such icons, contact us so that we can install the VPN.
