If in PowerBroker you come across an issue opening up PDFs, getting an error message that says Access Denied, please follow these steps:
1) Open Adobe Reader
2) Click on Edit
3) Click on preferences
4) Click on Security (Enhanced)
5) Uncheck these two options:
If you get a warning message click on yes to ignore
6) Scroll down and click on OK
That should fix the issue
